At Wakatipu Tech Care, we believe that kindness, patience and connection are just as important as technology itself. Our mission is to support our seniors in feeling confident and safe in todays digital world.

Whether it’s setting up a new device, troubleshooting a tricky problem, or learning how to stay connected with family online, we’re here to help! Gently, patiently and with care.

This isn’t just a business for us, it’s a way of giving back to the community we love. Ensuring our older generation feels included, empowered and supported.

Our hope is clear, to not just bring tech support, but also comfort, companionship and connection. Every senior we meet should feel valued, supported, and never left behind.

This project is very close to our hearts and we are continually grateful to share this journey, with our community.

Supporting the community at the Arrowtown Lifestyle Village, Garden Party

We were honoured to represent Wakatipu Tech Care at the 2026 Garden Party hosted by the Arrowtown Lifestyle Village, a wonderful afternoon that brought the community together in the most uplifting way.

With over 435 visitors throughout the day, the village was alive with music, laughter, and vibrant local stalls. It was a pleasure to spend the afternoon speaking with residents and visitors, sharing practical technology advice and offering support, something that sits at the very heart of what we do.

Most inspiring of all, the event raised $13,000 for the Arrowtown Volunteer Fire Brigade, a remarkable outcome that will help support the vital work of this much-valued local service.

Community initiatives like this remind us why we started Wakatipu Tech Care in the first place. To serve, to support, and to stay connected to the people around us.
